Hyatt Place Niagara Falls Hotel

The hotel was fairly clean, had very good staff and location. Courteous staff members were with good customer service. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Niagara Falls.

I loved this brand-new hotel and stayed for 1 night here. Very central location short walk to Niagara Falls and Rainbow Bridge, it was in a great area. Stopped by Rainforest Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue, recommend.

The hotel of choice in Niagara Falls. The property was spotlessly clean and had helpful staff with good customer service. I appreciated that the room was well-designed and with sofa instead of king size and perfect lighting, as for instance.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building not far from the falls, the park and Niagara Falls and Rainbow Bridge. Very central location, tasty breakfast. The best stay on vacation.

The room was nice styled and we loved the stay. The room we had included an individual safe, flat-screen TV and a seating area. Accommodating staff that assisted us during our great stay. The continental breakfast was savoury, staff quickly refilled empty items.

Comfy bed, cozy room, huge, abundant breakfast. Hotel was reasonably clean. Restaurants and cafés were close to the place. Besides, I was close to waterfalls and parks.

Restful stay, we had all essentials. Room was well-kept, bed was fine, staff was cool. The view was perfect btw. The hotel had live music in the lobby...

Compact and individual rooms with nice views, lovely food, easygoing staff. I got free upgrade and liked it. The breakfast had lots of food, like jam, milk, butter, fresh bread and eggs. The service was impeccable too. Plus, I was able to park my car nearby.

It was a really great experience, good value. Plastic furniture and own bathroom, WiFi, terrace and coffee in the room. Downstairs bar and amazing pool. The hotel has ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE location just next door to the falls, the park, many restaurants.

Nice design, very specious and well heated rooms and energetic staff. Our room had a super bed and a great view. There was parks and waterfalls next to the place. The coffee bar was adjoining and the drinks were fine. The stay at this atmospheric hotel was a very relaxing one.

We do loved it because of staff and rooms. We got a room with a bathtub.

Great value in an impressive area. The staff was qualified and the room was generous sized and newly remodelled. It is unique and clean hotel, and location is top. The room is well priced. Convenient access to the amazing beach located near the venue. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the pool is incredible. Enjoyed fine check-in.

Location and rooms at that brand-new hotel were ideal. Lots of supplies in the room : central heating, flat-screen television and a sitting area. It was a such wonderful stay, you could leave a car nearby. The lunch in The House of India just a walk down to the venue had every choice imaginable.

Hard Rock Cafe served dishes within 500 feet off the hotel. We liked the fact that we chose hyatt place niagara falls.
